i do not want to use handles in any way. i think there not trustable to have a stable creation. and some times it can even become unstable.

you can pick a handle and then there your video will be displayed. you have to give those handles free to make it work.

i got my inspiration from https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/785008/Fun-with-Video.

i make use of mci command strings. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/ms710815(v=vs.85)

hope this make things clear. if this is really a solution i do not know. still working on it.
