Help Visualizers DONT work with Razer Kraken / Synapse.

I've been trying to make any visualizer to work with my current headset and I really can't, or I should say not in a way that works for me.

Here's what's up I'm trying to use Retro0c0l0r visualizer but it doesn't work at all. I'm using spotify for a music player.

If I change my audio device to my headset instead of an audio controller it does work but the sound is terrible - https://prnt.sc/11tee2p

Is there a way to use an audio controller and still have a working visualizer? Headset is razer kraker tournament edition.

Most likely you will not be able to use any Rainmeter visualizer that use the AudioLevel plugin while using most sound controllers.
They take exclusive control of the audio and will not allow the plugin to capture the sound.

You can try the tips posted in this thread: Troubleshooting the AudioLevel Plugin

If you see a warning in the Rainmeter log: "Failed to initialize audio client.", then the plugin is not able to capture sound and disabling your sound controller may be the only solution.

If any of those do not solve your issue then I am unable to suggest anything else.
