Hello,
I would like to display the percentage of brightness as the volume indicator (meter string).
Tutorials explain how to improve the display of the light bar but I just want the value.
Can you help me?

Hope we can. You have to install a plugin for this. If I'm not mistaken there are more such plugins, but at least one for sure does exists. Here is it: https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?f=128&t=19221#p103782
If interestes download the example skin provided on the above link (Backlight_0.9.3.rmskin) and install it. It should work from the beginning. Does it?
EDIT: The above link provides one more plugin, the ScreenBrightness. You can try out that one as well.
