Customize Clock Format

Hey guys. I'm trying to edit the 10 Inch Hud clock but I'm not sure if it's possiblle. What i would like to do is change the clock format so that there is always 2 digits showing in the hours section.

For example:
Instead of 2:00 AM it would say 02:00 AM, 3:00 AM to 03:00 AM and so forth. I would also like to keep it as a 12 hour clock.

Is this possible?

Read and have a look at what it should be.

Just remove any # symbols from the "format=" statement on any "Measure=TIME" sections.
