Rain?

I have the Rain-icon.ini loaded.
I can see the umbrella icon and it says rain next to it with a % sign below that.
What exactly is this skin supposed to do? I figured it was something about the percentage of rain and inches of rain or something but there are no numbers or anything next to it.

It's supposed to measure how much rain there have been. Or what the chances of rain is. Something like that.
Open the ini and have a look.

It says "Instructions=Set your Weather Code to show your local rainfall. | Look up Yahoo! Weather codes at (http://weather.yahoo.com)."

I know I have my weather code set, because I have the Moxa Weather at the top of my screen and it says what the weather is like today.

Maybe it's just broken? Does anyone else have their's working?
