It would be nice for our examination if you provide us following information. Without these information, it is not possible probably.

1. Name of (and/or URL link for, if you have) the weather skin (widget) you are using.
2. URL for the weather site that shows the pressure as "757 mmHg".
3. URL for the weather site that shows the pressure as "738 mmHg".
4. Your location or location code for above weather sites.

One possibility is that you didn't change the location for which you're displaying the weather to your own location.
