I want big buttons

Rabbit » April 3rd, 2010, 10:52 am

Hey guys,

This seems a good enough place to ask, as it seems possible in rainmeter - can i customize my desktop to show the foobar2000 control panel writ large? I want to sit on my couch and use my remote mouse to fast-forward through songs playing on my laptop on the other side of the room.

Something like this:

(with 'song playing' stuff, natch)

Is this possible?

Big up rasta-fah.

Use a font called Webdings. U can find it on http://www.fonts.com/FindFonts/detail.htm?pid=427971

And use the numbers like from 1 to 10 in Ur code.

Example to make buton PLAY very big

[MeterPlayB]
Meter=STRING
X=25r
Y=r
FontColor=255,255,255
StringStyle=BOLD
FontSize=60
StringAlign=LEFT
FontFace=Webdings
AntiAlias=1
Text="4"

U just change the FontSize and add text as number 4. The number 4 correspond to the button play as showed on this site. Juste type the number 4 here and U will see how big are them http://www.ascenderfonts.com/font/webdings.aspx

You will NOT, I reapeat, NOT be able to "fast-forward" in a song with the help of rainmeter.
You may change song, but not fastforward in a playing one.
I don't think, therefore I'm not.

Webdings has come with every version of Windows since Windows 95, there's no need to download it.
