This was exactly that. I knew the "conversation" wouldn't get longer than that, so I allowed myself one word in another language (since OK is in English, after all), to make the guy feel more comfortable.

The irony is that the moderators have to moderate themselves in order to moderately moderate everyone else...which leads to some curiously intricate recursive moderation, in programming terms.
