Hi, I downloaded rainmeter a couple of days ago to show the usage of my pc resources on my desktop. I have tried removing the IP Address from the network section by editing the network.ini but the bar where it used to be still shows? Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
I have attached a photo showing the bar thats still visible above the upload speed row and also uploaded the network.ini

Just delete [meterSeperator] and subtract 20 from the values of the Y= option of [meterUploadLabel], [meterUploadBar], [meterDownloadLabel] and [meterDownloadBar].

EDIT: Sorry Yincognito being (again) too late...
Take care not to remove / modify other options, except the above ones.
You have to remove the [meterSeperator] meter as well and modify the Y options of more meters as it follows:KrazyBrute wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 5:13 pm I have tried removing the IP Address from the network section by editing the network.ini but the bar where it used to be still shows?
Code: Select all
[meterUploadLabel]
...
Y=40
...
...
[meterUploadBar]
...
Y=12r
...
[meterDownloadLabel]
...
Y=60
...
...
[meterDownloadBar]
...
Y=12r

No worries, balala - I also spend too much time formatting my posts (but not this time though).

Yep, it happens sometimes to all of us, I think (or more times)...Yincognito wrote: ↑February 19th, 2020, 6:34 pm I also spend too much time formatting my posts (but not this time though).

Yeah, it's too bad it doesn't say "Yincognito is typing..." somewhere, like it does in SMS on your phone..

Excelent idea. I support it. However I doubt it is possible, right?

That would be catastrophic for my ...erm... "public image", I must say.

No, HTML is "stateless", and doesn't know you exist between clicks on a button or link on the site. Any idea that you are "on the site" at any given moment is an illusion... Even that "Who is online" stuff at the bottom is a lie really. Just means that that person "did something" within some defined period of time.
