Just make sure the filename.png file does exist in the @Resources\Images folder of the current config. I suppose it is missing.
Do you see any error messages in the log?

Make sure the image is not missing. If you're sure it isn't and still can't get it to be shown, please pack the config which you're talking about and upload it here.

There are only two likely possibilities:

1) The image file is not in the folder defined by #@#Images\filename.png, or not named filename.png.

https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/skins/resources-folder/

Go open the folder the image is in in Windows Explorer, hold down SHIFT and right click the image file.
Select "Copy as path"
Paste what is copied to the clipboard here.

2) The image file is corrupted or is not in fact a .png formatted image file.

Attach the file to a reply here, so we can download it and examine it.
