Circular Bar

Is there a way to make a circular bar? Like a colored arc that goes around a circle that shows how much something has completed for instance(like percents... in bars). I know this isn't available in the bar meter and I tried to find alternatives with the shape meter. I used the circle meter but the arc meter is very unique on Rainmeter and I couldn't do anything... I would love some help on this.
