As the title reads,
I know I changed it in the past but know Ive updated it to the last version and I cant remember how or where to change the border (too shiny for me)

Use the setting panel (the little triangle at the top right, then the gear icon) to set the value for Shine to "1".

That's far more complicated, as that is part of the overall background image. You can create a different image of the same size and use it I guess.
