Can't load new skins

I have used Rainmeter before but it was a previous version and I had no problems with it at the time. I installed the most recent update and am now having trouble viewing my installed skins. When I download and install them with the rainmeter skin installer, the skins don't show up in the rainmeter manager for me to load them onto my desktop. How can I fix this?

And the already installed skins are there? Do you see them?
If there are not, open the Rainmeter.ini file (right click the Rainmeter icon within the Notification Area and click Edit settings) and check the SkinPath variable within the [Rainmeter] section. Is it correct?
