Is it possible to put one rainmeter skin behind another?

In Manage, click the "Edit Settings" button at the bottom.
Add the LoadOrder option to each of [ConfigName] sections in Rainmeter.ini you want.
Save Rainmeter.ini, and In Manage click "Refresh all".
