Looks good.
One minor problem from my part: if the taskbar is placed down, the Line meter which shows the CPU utilization, goes slightly below the taskbar. I think you should have to "raise" it a little bit.

Yeah, I noticed somehow it varies user to user, some have large taskbar icons, some have small. But all they have to do drag and drop a bit.
