So I made a live doppler radar skin. I keep getting the following error for most of the images I am parsing - 13 images of radar. The layer of county lines and layer of topography generally download fine:

I am also getting this error pretty frequently in my log:
(Fetch error) The operation timed out (ErrorCode=12002) (X2ui Weather\Local Radar\Local Doppler Radar.ini - [MeasureRadar13])
Is there something obvious I am missing? I've written and rewritten it, and occasionally I can get it to load 2 of those doppler images. Prior to this, it worked. Not sure if I broke something or what.

Turns out, Rainmeter's cache was glitched. I deleted the images and all is working now.
