Weather Map downloads stopped working: Webparser ?

This applies to Windows 10x64 Pro Build 17763.104 V1809 with Chrome Version 70.0.3538.67 (Official Build) (64-bit) as the default browser, and Rainmeter V4.30.0.3260 beta 64-bit.

My version modification of RadarMap.ini has partially stopped working. The "commented" URLs in the attached RadarMap.ini will no longer download. This has started happening over the last couple of weeks with Rainmeter. I tried going back to V4.2; however that did not resolve the problems. In addition, for some reason a Https:// URL will not download in Rainmeter on my systems.

Assistance in resolving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

So your skin is not working with 4.2? Because you are posting in the thread about 4.3 and if your issue is not 4.3 specific then it should be posted in Bugs & Feature Suggestions.
Let me know and I will move it.

Also, it does work with 4.2 for me.

No, it no longer works in V4.2 either. I am currently running the latest 4.3 beta of Rainmeter and it does not work with it as well.

I have moved your topic to a community support section because it is not a Rainmeter bug. And as I previously mentioned the skin works for me. It can be your provider blocking access to that page, or the service blocks your request because of the constant requests. You might also want to try having different user-agent https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/measures/webparser/#UserAgent. Check your browser user agent through this google search https://www.google.com/search?q=check+user+agent

Tried a different UserAgent and that did not resolve the problem.

Your skin is working fine for me too; have you restarted Rainmeter or reboot?

Yes, I have rebooted my systems, rebooted my router and still only get

For me it's working too. No error messages in the log.

I missed the fact that the commented URLs were not working.
I have tested them too and they are showing up.

What's weird is that I can go to ANY of the links via Chrome, Edge, and IE and display, download, save any of the maps manually. So it does not appear that any of these links are blocked.
