Mouse Actions with a Condition - easy

Hi, I am relatively new to Rainmeter and I need help. Problem should be easily solved, but I don't know how to deal with it. So...
I have an image which basically acts like a button. When I click on it, it activates other skin which I had set. Now, I want it to be able to click it again and then to DEACTIVATE that same skin which was activated before. So I want it to switch on and off and on and off.... like a light switch. From what I've seen I think it includes mouse actions along with condition actions and variables, but I dont know how to code that.
