HWinfo not working after changing motherboards

Post by TonyL123 »

Hello there, first time posting. Hopefully, this is the right discussion board to post in.
I bought a new motherboard not too long ago. It's the Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac.
I've reinstalled windows and this time, I haven't gotten my hwinfo working at all with any of def space's skins.

After entering the sensors, none of them seem to work for me as loads and temps don't seem to show up at all. After hours of trying to fix it and reinstalling different versions of hwinfo and rainmeter, I've decided to the ask the forum in case I was missing a crucial detail. I'm attaching all the info I can. Let me know if I need to provide any other information.

Rainmeter 4.2.0 r3111 64-bit (Jul 8 2018) - English (1033)

Windows 10 Pro 1803 64-bit (build 17134) - English (1033)

You have not configured the skin's HWiNFO variables properly. I can see the CPU Load in the screenshot has the wrong sensor ID, so I assume the other values have not been configured either (the temp entry appears OK). All you need is the Shared Memory Viewer... reinstalling HWiNFO, the skins, Rainmeter, etc., won't help you since the problem is just the config file.

Okay I fixed it. I downloaded the updated Hwinfo 3.2.0 plugin and all the numbers popped up again. All my sensors were correct but this plugin didn't work until I reinstalled it.

Thanks man
