But, when long name process is in "top" looks like...
Question is, how to limit text size to not go over skin edges?

I think ClipString is the option you need (see docu: https://docs.rainmeter.net/manual-beta/meters/string/#ClipString)
If you put ClipString=1 on the meter with the text (having a W also set on the meter) that should clip your text in case it's too long.
