Support for multiple resolutions

Post by kyriakos876 »

Hello, I've made a skin dynamic to support 1920*1080 and above, native resolutions, and I would like to test it for example on a 4k monitor, but I do not have one. Is there a way of testing that? Some short of simulator...

-Thanks in advance.

well, without that kind of resolution on your own, possibly consider testing your design on lower resolutions e.g. by assigning the different resolutions, but only lower rather than higher. Then you'd see if your algorithms are at least working.

Most systems graphics drivers allow you to set custom resolutions that are higher than your monitor and then they are just downscaled back to your monitors resolution so I would try that.
