Sorry to come in late to the party to help out here, had not realized this thread had my plugin in it and was busy with the UsageMonitor update.

Since we already figured out the rotate stuff just to answer your questions about WebNowPlaying (And AC it is my plugin so it is about as official as they get without being built in :P )
WebNowPlaying does support many other browsers besides Firefox and Chrome, basically the only browser I don't support that I know of is Edge. I attempted to support it but trying to make an extension for Edge was a exercise in futility, it does not surprise me that a year after launch Edge only has 99 extensions. Several folks have even managed to inject it into web based desktop apps like Spotify to add support within their app, a good example is: https://github.com/khanhas/Spicetify

But as for switching between WNP and WMP sadly they are in two separate plugins (Well one is technically a measure these days) so unless you have a skin with dynamic switching support such as https://rainmeter.deviantart.com/art/UnPlayer-for-Rainmeter-v1-6-726545311 you are out of luck there.
