I would suggest using the list provided by JSMorley.

The one you posted is "close enough", but does not accurately reflect day/night icons.

TWC started using day/night details in their feed during the last year or so, even before they decided to shutdown WXData :twisted:

Fortunately that's a bit of data that I don't need to get from their list. So long as they don't change which numbers are associated with thunder and hail I'm good.
