Skin always on taskbar

Hi there. I have tiny problem with taskbar. I created background layer and it hid taskbar but when I use apps again I see all taskbar. Can I do something with that? Standard position settings in Rainmeter seems doesn't work with taskbar.

Windows will simply not allow anything to stay in front of the Taskbar. It really, really doesn't want it to be covered up.

You can set a skin with a position of "Stay on top", and it will attempt to stay on top of the taskbar, but it will be a constant fight. Windows will move the taskbar in front, and the skin will move itself in front. So the behavior will be kinda inconsistent and weird.
