I think it has something to do with this:

RightMouseUpAction=[!HideMeter SomeMeter]

But I need a command like [!DoNothing]

Please paste your current code for this skin. We have not seen any of the changes you made to it.

It should be easy to add an icon, but without the code, we would be guessing about where to put it.

It would help to see the icon image you want to add, or at least it's size dimensions.

Or better pack the whole config and upload the package. There are some included files I think, which also would be important.
