How do I access GPU stats?

Hi I'm really new to coding and would like to know how to access CPU, GPU, and RAM stats. Illistro has CPU and RAM but I cant find GPU anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would be tempted to just use HWiNFO for all the measurements.
