How to use Windows 10 native audio control?

Post by griiid »

Hi every one, I've searched this with google or in this forum, but can't find answer I want.

The player I use is KKBox, a software developed by Taiwan company, it is not supported by NowPlaying plugin (or just I can't use this to control)

As I guess, since I can use keyboard to control the player, it might be common commands being sent to the player, maybe I can use this way in Rainmeter to control the player?

In Windows 10, when using keyboard to increase/decrease volume or play/pause/prev/next controls, a small pop up audio control will appear at the top left corner, like this:

By clicking play/pause/prev/next button in the native audio control, I can control the player I use, too.
As I googled, this native audio control is new in Windows 10, maybe I can use same method to control the player I use? But I have no idea how to do this...

Can someone help me, or give me some suggestion about how to do this research? thx a lot.
