1. Access Weather.com
2. Search your location.
3. Weather information of your location is displayed.
4. See the URL. -> like as "https://weather.com/weather/today/l/XXXX0000:1:YY"
5. There is your location code at the place "XXXX0000".
6. Open Variables.inc from @Settings folder of your weather skin using text editor.
7. Under [Variables] section, replace WeatherCode=SIXX0002 with your location code.
8. Refresh the weather skin or restart Rainmeter.
9. Weather of your location is displayed in the skin, maybe. :-)

This skin doesn't show the location... so how do you know it is not "the right location"?

What is the 'WeatherCode' you found on weather.com, or for what city are you trying to get info?
Weather.com does not cover every city, you may need to use one near your location.

I was working on it for a while (I knew that it was the right location because it said that it was 13 degrees but really it was 60 were I am) and I found out the problem! The weather location code thing that you have to use, I put it in, and I thought I saved it, but apparently I didn't, and now I have and it is correct! :D

The Weather Channel closed their wxdata feed in January 2020, so all weather skins that used that, (~90% did), must be re-coded to use alternate sources.

More info here.

The skin works well.
What is your location?

The skin uses black color for the font.
To change the font color to white go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ Lumiero \ Resources, open the Variables.inc file and change:
Color1=255,255,255.
Save, Close, Refresh skin.
