When I made my skin up I did the same thing

Same thing as any other weather skin you need to change this to get it to work.

Right. My point was and is that finding your city code is one thing. Having to sign up to a service to obtain a "key" to use before the skin will work will be a bridge too far for some people. It was just an observation though, that weather service looks quite nice.
