Removed the unnecessary variables for !DeactivateConfig.
I tried several times, but I can't reproduce your !ActivateConfig bug, it works and makes not log errors on my system :/
Are you sure you didn't edit a variable somewhere, or I forgot to include something?

I always add the INI file designation, but it is optional.
