Ah yes, I see that now... :x

Question: If all meter have an UpdateDivider=-1 (never updated after loading) would they still be redrawn? :???:

Yes, they will. It's really the entire "skin" that is redrawn on each update cycle or when forced with !Redraw. It's just that its "contents" would never change.
