[Answered] Weather Skin question

Post by CyberTheWorm »

I have been reading up on making a weather skin and saw some posts about weather.com and was wondering what is the best site for doing a webparser? I do not need help with the actual skin, I want to try building from scratch as there are some great ones and I'm trying for a very minimalist skin.
