Help changing weather location in rainmeter skin

I got this skin earlier today, http://neptimus7.deviantart.com/art/TheDivisionSuite-584667898 and for the life of me I can't figure out how to change the weather to my location. I've found a few post on here showing how, but when I went to do it I couldn't find anything similar to what the posts suggested. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you installed the skin, you'll find on your skins folder a config named DivisionSuite. In its @Resources folder you'll find a Config.inc file. Open it and replace the value of the WeatherLoc variable (initially it is WeatherLoc=USOK0171) with your code. Refresh the skin (important, otherwise the new location won't be used).

Right click on the skin and choose Edit skin
Go to [MeasureWeather] and replace the existing link (from the URL=) with the link with your location from Yahoo.
On the Yahoo website, enter your location in the Change location field. Then copy the entire link

Save, refresh skin.
