Rainmeter Customization & Fixes

I am currently using the Enigma skin as I am still quite new and havent customized it. Is there any way to set the windows max size/spacing to be withing the inner edges of the skin? Also what is reccomended for customizations to make my desktop look cool and premium. I would prefer a violet [or purple if u prefer] color scheme or green. Also, my gmail isnt loading it says [Loading] Waiting for data from webparser. also down on the bottom it says 20 emails. Also is there anyway to get twitter notifications and such in enigma? I have multiple emails is there a way to have multiple emails and tabs to switch or have expanding?
