I have an updated main skin with some of the errors fixed if you want it.

What I see is that for example, in the RGBScr1.ini file, you don't have a value for the CSNO variable. Into the [Variables] section you have: @Include2=#@#Scheme#CSNO#.inc, but #CSNO# has no value. It's true that in the #@#Scheme1.inc, #@#Scheme2.inc and so on, you have values for CSNO, but those values can't be used into the RGBScr1.ini file. I also searched for a !SetVariable CSNO "" bang somewhere, but found nothing.
That seems to be a major problem. Try to fix it and we'll see if it works.

CSNO is stored/reaset by the Scheme(1-4).inc files. PGMLauncher Includes them in VariablesM2.inc by LeftMouseUpAction at lines 2532 and subs. Doesn't that do it?

A revised .rmskin is now being loaded into File Factory. I deleted the old one. It does not include plugins.
