I can't figure out what should have to happen. If I click either the yellow or the blue rectangle, the value of the OffSet1 variable is changing (first decreases, then increases and so on), but nothing slides in or out, nothing is happening. So, please give us a few details on what should we see.

I still don't understand what you mean by

because no mater if the panel is open or closed, the string beside it scrolls the same way. It doesn't change at all when I open the panel.

The station name is not displayed in full.
For example, after Beijing there is still text, but some points are displayed

I see now. Remove the ClipString=1 option from the [MeterName] meter.

Would I like to know if the text can start running from the line to the left edge (not edge to edge) ?
