Some skins appearing on other virtual desktops, others not.

I'm experiencing some difficulty with some skins appearing on other virtual desktops, and others not appearing. Skin A will appear on each virtual desktop the same way as the one before it, but skin B will only show up on the virtual desktop it was loaded on. What's going on here? How can I resolve this?
