ive been trying to get the weather skin on my rainmeter layout to work as well, the code is a bit different than the one youve described. instead of
Url=http://weather.yahooapis.com/forecastrss?p=#WeatherCode#&u=#Unit#
being shown, it has
Url=http://weather.msn.com/RSS.aspx?wealocations=wc:#WeatherCode#&weadegreetype=#TemperatureUnit#
how do i fix this?

where does this skin get it's information from?

you need a weather.com id then. you can find it in the address bar of your browser.

would be: USCA1100

I used this one, but it seem like it's not working. I tried changing to another country, refresh it and the weather just stays the same.
