I'm sorry but I'm newbie... I tried it in my portable rainmeter but I don't see the bluetooth plugin: I set 'refresh all' in 'manage rainmeter' but I don't see the new plugin...

You need to copy the "Skins" folder from the "rainmeter-bluetooth-master" folder you unzipped, to the "Skins" folder of your portable installation. I would rename it as "Bluetooth", but you do not have to do this.
Now "Refresh All" in the MANAGE dialog to see your new "Skins" folder I renamed "Bluetooth", with an "@Resources" folder already there, and all the example skins.
