Do I have to register with DeviantArt just to download a skin?

I’m just beginning with RainMeter and I would like to download Clock Collection 1.0 by virual-adam. However, when I try to download it, I am asked to register for DeviantArt including specifying my birthdate. Is that correct? Obviously, I am already registered with RainMeter since I am asking this question here. Do I also have register with DeviantArt and specify birthdate just to download a skin?

Additionally to DanDaBear's reply, note that DeviantArt has nothing to do with this forum. Registering here doesn't give you a registration to DeviantArt. There you have to register separately.
