how to use only part of my screen with rainmeter

Post by odinsleep »

i am brand new here, and i tried to see if this question was posted before but i could not find any post about it.

:o

i would like to use rainmaker but i do not want it to cover the whole screen on a monitor.

:17dot6

is there a way to use rainmaker on just one monitor without affecting other monitors ?
and how can i make rainmaker only use part maybe 1/4 or 1/2 of that monitor ?

:17dot4

many thanks to both the developers and the users of this community.

Although I have one single monitor, I can say you can easily pass the skin onto the second monitor by simply dragging them there.
However achieving that only one part of this second monitor to be used, it's a little bit harder. You probably have to arrange the skins in a way to be placed only to the appropriate part of the skin. But if a skin's size is changing dynamically, there is not too much you can do, I suppose.
