Added stop commands to the execute commands for ActionTimer
Added context menus to all skins
- Scale controls
- Related skin actions
- Access normal skin menu

Note: Frosted Glass removed due to compatibility issues :twisted:

Should be corrected... created a new layout and tested with several different resolutions.
I always hated forcing skins to specific screen locations, I guess I should have practiced that technique. :?
