Practical Image Magick

Post by GreatMagusKormu »

I think this particular item belongs here even though it's a single meter and not a full-fledged skin with a ton of bells and whistles. I've been a very passive part of the rainmeter community for a long time, mostly just sitting around making my own personal skins and skins for a few people close to me while never actually sharing my works with the broader community.

That being said, this skin has only one aim. Simply put the goal is to make using the Image Magick tools easier and friendlier. I did this by creating a simple powershell script to make a few pop-up windows to allow for easier usage of Image Magick. I was struggling with making my own ButtonMeter images and found the Rainmeter tutorial on using the Image Magick tool and thought it would be great if I could make it more available to the broader community as a whole. The full skin is attached here, available on my DeviantArt for free, and the powershell script is loaded into GitHub. URLS are below.

Let me know what you think! I know I am no powershell or rainmeter guru but thought I would post this here in the event someone needed it or didn't want to deal with actually learning the Image Magick tools in any way, shape form or function.
