Hadn't time to do it but seems to be my next project :).
Funnily enough, this is exactly where I started with Rainmeter a few days ago, however, at that time I was not aware of SilverAzide's full "port" of the AddGadgets stuff. I didn't notice the TopProcess skin as I was not interested in the other gadgets (BitCoin and the like). However, you did point me in the direction of SilverAzide's work, which I am grateful for.

Now that I'm looking at process monitors, I'll give yours a go, now that you have reminded me of it :thumbup:

Double bad news I'm afraid...

I'm now back on my Windows 10 Pro x64 laptop and have applied the PerfMon DB fix. Unfortunately, although the Top Process Meter now works, it is unusable due to a CPU overhead >12%.

The alternative NomFerp version just does nothing at all, it only displays blank lines.

Disappointed :(

Great info on the counters! I think I saw another top process skin whose author did the rough equivalent with a Lua script (i.e., dump the registry entries to a file then read it up and parse it to find the ID? Something like that...?).

Otherwise, I have an MSDN subscription and can install just about any flavor of Windows and dump this file for you.
