I have new skin base on All CPU meter gadget.
Thank to All CPU meter gadget developer and Jeffrey Morley who develop RainRGB4

Beta version 2
-Add 12 and 16 processors support.
-Add setting show only average CPU graph or all CPU graph

Beta version
-Support up to 8 processors.
-Ram and Page file meter.
-Show current CPU Frequency.
-Show CPU information when mouse over CPU icon.
-Come with Setting skin that can customize main skin.

For those who are interested, a guy named SilverAzide completed this and expanded it with numerous other gadgets as well. Go check it out! I also made an illustro version of the primary four (All CPU Meter, Network Meter, GPU Meter, and Drives Meter)

Even if this seems a little bit as a skin reequest (which is not alowed), here is a solution. Load the Countdown.ini skin from the package.
Note this is a pretty old work, which should be updated.

This thread has been dead for 4 years, so are you referring to this one instead? If so, there's a countdown timer as part of the digital clock Gadget, same as on the original Sidebar Gadget. If you want a timer that's more for something like a kitchen timer or stopwatch, there's a couple nice ones here in the ModernGadgets suite.
