LocksState 2

This Rainmeter skin can indicate the state of the Caps/Num/Scroll Lock keys. It uses the KeyState.dll plugin, provided by jsmorley in his post on Rainmeter forum (http://rainmeter.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=11220&p=64046&hilit=keystate#p64046). You also can use it by clicking to appropriate button on skin.
This new version has a second part for settings. Here you have two checkboxes:
1. one for automaticaly turn on the Numlock when refreshing the skin (if it isn't already turned on),
2. because I often forget to turn off the Caps Lock after I tuned it on, I have created here a setting for turning it off after a preseted period. Here you also can set this period.
I wait your comments and sugestions.
