Windows 8 scrolling desktop

i have seached long and hard for a way to make my desktop scroll sidesways like windows 8
the problem is i have no idea what to call it when i look for it.
is there any out there that can make my desktop scrollable?

would it be hard to develope?

I don't know of anything, maybe something like Dexpot that creates "virtual desktops". But in any case this really has nothing to do with Rainmeter as such.

see i was thinking it might be as simple as making a drawer that is bigger than the screen and can scroll than mounting the actuall plugins to the drawer.
my tec knowledge is limited so i cant write it..
