Easy and safe way to replace "windows system files"

Post by TheAslan »

----------------------------------------------

Disable your "User Account Control (UAC)" and "AntiVirus programs"

Tips:
You have to restart your computer every time when you want to disable your UAC

How to disable UAC in Vista:
Start menu -> type this "msconfig" and push "OK", then go to "Tools", and then search "Disable User Account Control" and then select "Start" and then "OK", and then restart your system, and then "UAC" is disabled correctly and now you can replace system files.

----------------------------------------------

Search "Takeownership" file in google

----------------------------------------------

Go here: C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll

----------------------------------------------

Right click "shell32.dll" file and select "Take Ownership"

----------------------------------------------

Right click "shell32.dll" file again and select "Properties" and then "Security" and then "Edit" and then make sure there is an arrow in every square and then select "Apply" and "OK"

----------------------------------------------

Rename old "shell32.dll" file to "shell32.dll.backup"

----------------------------------------------

Now "copy / paste" new "shell32.dll"file in this archive, do not "drag / drop" because it will crash your system

----------------------------------------------

Restart your system to see the changes

----------------------------------------------

This is tested with Windows 7 Ultimate and it worked 100%, and it didn't crash the system

If this helped you guys let me know about it

great tutorial, but I'm still on xp :D
Zero at programing, zero at writing codes, so far 2 at making images
But I'm good at copy/paste, and I not always like this
