Another decent wallpaper site

Since we are all in the market for a new and interesting desktop wallpaper, here is one I ran into today that looks like it has a nice collection and is updated pretty regularly.

Talking about wallpapers, does anybody know site where I could find photos or images with distortion and film-grain effect? Photos shouldn't be desktop resolution, any sizes are appreciated. I couldn't find any sites or groups in the photo communities related to those photo effects. Or is there any special tags for those effects? Search on flickr, tumblr and devaintART gave nothing. Any intention folks?

There is no place or specific tag.
The most recommended is: tumblr, flickr and google x)
