How to move and customize appearance of Windows Start Menu.
I was wondering on how I can move the windows start menu so it pops up from the bottom edge of the screen, not from 35 or some odd pixels above where it usually pops up at.

Totally un-related to Rainmeter, But I dont believe there is any program that could change that. Rainmeter certainly cannot.

This can open the start menu in a location of your choosing. However, this only works when you run the program with a shortcut, command prompt, or from a program that can run commands (like Rainmeter ).
It doesn't change the default Windows start menu location. ie. When clicking the start menu button, it will still show up in the same place it always did.
